Hi All

Just had to write as i am so excited.

My tickets have just arrived with three weeks to go!!! I thought they wouldn't be here for another ten days or so, and was wondering what would happen if the posties go on strike - they are voting today I think.

I also got a phone call from the Virgin rep in Orlando on Tuesday night asking if I had any question or anything she could do for me. A nice touch Virgin. It was so exciting hearing an American accent. I finally believe that our holiday is getting closer and that it won't be long till we are back in the magic.

Anyone else going at the same time as us?

We don't go until Aug but are staying in the POFQ. I noticed you have stayed here before is there any specific room to ask for, what is the hotel like? We have stayed onsite before at the AKL.
Virgin have now started to ring up a few weeks before hand, they did with us at Christmas.

We love POFQ - as you can tell.
We have never asked for any particular room, although last time we were in building 2 overlooking beautiful grounds and a lovely fountain. The great thing about this resort is the size. I don't think that you will walk for any more that 5 minuites no matter what room you are in to get to the pool or food court. It is just a lovely resort to walk round and we love the river and the boat to down town disney.

How was AKL - I would love to stay there but a bit out of our price range!

AKL was beautiful (we thought) as it was Xmas there was a lot of things going on in the lobby Father Christmas, carol singers etc. We paid for a savannah view and thought it was well worth it.

I got the phone call from my rep as well. It was so unexpected and a really nice touch.

In fact, I have to say, I haven't been anything but impressed by VH

Forgot to add, we go home the day you arrive. No offence, but I hope your last 2 weeks of waiting drags in
