YIKES!!! MYW Premium Package!!

Holy COW!!! I have the MYW package with dining, but I was curious how much the premium package was, so I went through disney.com and priced out my package and added the premium option.

Guess how much more it was for the four of us; 2 adults, 2 kids.



OVER $3,000!!! MORE!

What is different? A deluxe resort instead of value?

(we are DVC and AP, so it doesn't really mater to me. But I am curious.

The Magic Your Way Premium Plan gives you a very similar package to the old Dream Maker Gold Plan:

- requires Magic Your Way Premium ticket (base + park hopping + magic plus options), must be for length of stay
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner plan per person, per night at more than 100 Walt Disney World restaurants
- unlimited selected recreation
- Admission to the Cirque du Soleil show, La Nouba
- Admission to the Disney Children's Activitiy Centers at a selected Disney resort (ages 4-12)
- Unlimited admission to Theme Park tours
- Admission to all Grand Gathering experiences (must have 8 or more in the party)

I have 10 days for 2 adults and 2 kids and i have MYW with all the parks added and hopping plus I added dining and the dining part was only an extra $900. Why not just add dining instead of the whole everything. It includes a sit down a counter and a snack each day

Yikes is right. What is the point of all that, over kill. The new packages do sound much better. (one sit down and one counter meal is perfect for us.) The biggest problem is the lack of choices with snacks.

I guess they had to have something for the people who only expect to go to WDW once, but want the "must have it all" package. Does that upgrade for 3,000 include a better hotel, or the same hotel as you already looked at?

That's what I did! I have 6 day park hoppers and the MYW dining plan. But just for the heck of it, priced out the Premium Plan too!!

I can't imagine even having the TIME to do everything in that package! LOL!

Does that upgrade for 3,000 include a better hotel, or the same hotel as you already looked at?

NOO!!!! LOL!!! I used the same exact info that I have for my reservation (CSR, 6 day hoppers) and then added the Premium Package to it!!
