Are pre-boarders segregated into those carrying A, B or C BPs? Just wondering how important it is to score the A pass when our whole family should be able to pre-board. Or is it first come, first served in the pre-board line? Thanks! Getting excited now that we're less than a week out.

it has been a while since I have flown SW - but I am leaving this Friday.

So no I don't think you need to if you are certain you can pre-board. I would never make that assumption.

LOL, I did say "should"! I am far from certain about anything. Sounds like having the peace of mind of an A is worth it? My DH and I certainly do not need to sit anywhere near each other but all three kids would need to be next to a parent ...

Generally, it's people with disabilities first, families with small children last in the preboard line - there is no A,B, C distinction. Even if there were such distinctions, it really doesn't matter much when preboarders get on the plane.

However, given that it's usually no harder to get an A pass than a C pass, it never hurts to get those A passes in case you don't get to preboard.
