I just had a feeling that I should call ME last night to make sure everything was okay with our June 19-25 reservations. I had given them all the information on our flights when I made the rest of our reservations. Well, I'm really glad I did, because they did not have our information in the system. I gave them all of the flight information again. And I was told that they would be Fedexing our tags to us, and if we had not received them the week before we left to call again. The girl was very nice and explained everything to me and it sounds like once this all gets going it's really going to be great. She did caution me to bring swim wear and a change of clothes in my carry on. That's fine, I usually do that anyway.
 
Just called to make sure we were really in their system. Nope. Third time I've given our flight info. She assured me that it would stick this time. Don't think I'll accept that. I will call back again next week. Just to confirm.

I must say she was extremely helpful and very sweet so I'm not angry but am getting tired of holding to repeat myself.

I just posted this on another thread, but will do it again. Keep calling. I gave my flight info to CRO twice before they finally got it into their computer, but then their computer didn't exchange info with DME's computer. I called DME four times before they finally got it. They told me the last time I called last week that I would 'not' get my luggage tags and so I wasn't expecting them. I just wanted to know I would be allowed on that bus this Friday. Lo and behold yesterday when I came home, what did I find on my doorstep, not one, but two packages from FedEx each containing a DME booklet. All the information was correct (flight times, resort ressie #'s, etc). The only thing is, I now have eight luggage tags for my solo trip later this week when I only need one.
 
I guess I'll keep calling. Holy cow you would think they would have this worked out by now. Oh well.
 

Can you call if you have booked with a TA? and you have given them your info.

I used ME on the first day (5/5) and my departure date is tomorrow (5/11).

They did not have my flight info in the system, and honestly I don't think it matters as long as you have tags.

I got my luggage anyway, and when you check in with ME at the airport, they ask for your return flight information again anyway, so they will know from that when they need to pick you up.

BTW, the ME note I got under my hotel door today says that the ME bus comes to the hotel every 30 minutes. They gave me a time to be down there based on my flight info, but as far as I can tell, it comes every 30 minutes regardless. I don't know if that is just due to the scheduling issues at the beginning or not.
