Yet Another MagicBand Question

We had a large family trip planned in October but had to switch it to mid June. Anyone know when MagicBands need to be customized and ordered? Or will MDE notify when to do that ?

Add your June confirmation number to your MDE account and it will tell you by what date you must customize your MagicBands.

After I made the switch yesterday morning I checked MDE and the June reservation showed up automatically. Had booked 2 other reservations that didn't show and had to add them manually. Didn't think to check about the MBs. Thanks!

Just checked. Have till May 14 to customize.

Another question.....DH and I already have MBs from our last trip. Must we order another set or can the ones we have be reused?

If you don't customize them you will most likely just grey bands when you check in. They said at some point they will stop issuing them for every reservation but they didn't say when. We have 2 sets now and will get 2 more due to a split reservation this summer. Any bands you receive are linked to your MDE account and will work.
