Yet Another Lawsuit: MagicBands are "infringing"

This sounds similar to the patent troll lawsuit that Adam Carolla and other podcasts had to face. Basically it was this company stating they invented podcasting and others had no right to podcast

No amended complaint was filed yesterday. That could mean the matter settled. It might also mean the plaintiff wants to file a new complaint in a different court. The latter option would be a bit problematic but not prohibited.
