Yet another HoJo entertainment rate question..........

Ok, end of December all my dates in April were showing for the entertainment rate. I called and talked to Jessica at in house reservations and she changed the rate to the entertainment rate. She said I wouldn't get a new confirmation, but the rate was applied.

Now, I see all my dates are not on the new updated calendar. Do I still get the rate? Or is it now null and void?

I'm fairly certain that you still have your reservation at the Entertainment rate intact - it just isn't available now for new reservations. But you could always call to double check!

They might have pulled those dates because of so many people who already took advantage of the deal (like you!). I would assume they'd honor the ent. rate. Just give a call to make sure.

That's happened to me every trip. If Jessica says you've got the rate, you do. It just means that there are no more rooms left for new reservations.
