They did NOT spell out exactly what would happen, yes it said we wouldn't lose value but they did not specifically say that 95 miles would convert to 1500. Trust me, I had a mini panic until I found confirmation buried in an Instagram post. I read deeply, and just did that again it does say we won't lose value. However, some of us need things spelled out clearly. Currently in one of my deepest depressions, just started a new round of treatments and my executive function is basically non-existent. I'm not trying to be argumentative just sharing my experience.

Your Miles are safe: your balance will carry over automatically, and you won’t lose any value.



These days, it is all about smaller portions. That seems to be what they are doing here. They are bumping up the miles that they are giving try to make it look like it is a good deal. Let's just see what kind of points the partners are now going to give out. I won't be surprised if there is actually less to what we end up getting.

Yeah, i read all of the details and was assuming that Airmiles was going to do an automatic swap but the wording was a tad too vague for me. The fact that they put it in the email I shared the screenshot of, saying the actual words "if you have 95 miles it will convert to 1500 points", let me breathe a bit easier because we're currently sitting on just over $2100 worth of miles.

I'm curious to see how the program moves forward and if BMO will run some big earner offers like they did when they took over the current iteration, hello Dollarama money laundering scheme. The BIG max offers, the ones you had to "pay" to use, much bigger return for the StB promos, the suitcase drop game thing?? It's been slim pickings the last year.

Have a great vaca. While I hope it goes slowly for you and you get well deserved R&R, I also hope it sails by for us as I get to go away in 15 days and it can't come soon enough. I need some warmth.

Looks like a 30x the AM coming February 13 - 15th (have to opt in, max 500 AM). Glad I'll be back from my vacation in time to earn a few AM. I'm sure someone will post the T&C.

If I have this right, we need to collect 17 AMs in order to get the 500 bonus miles? These things confuse me.

Correct 17AM would net you 510 but there is a cap of 500.

I'm thrilled to see that surveys will count, it's super easy to earn 17 miles usually, takes some time but there's zero cash outlay!!

I am hoping someone can answer me this although it’s probably a long shot. During November 2025 Airmile shops Black Friday 20x offer I ordered an apple iPad from Staples. I am usually pretty good about reading the fine print etc. but I may have missed something. I notice the terms on Staples at this time does not give miles for apple products. My question is in November did Staples allow apple products to earn airmiles?

Funny you should ask this as I also bought an iPad from Staples, but on boxing day 20x miles offer. I haven't received ANY miles, for this purchase yet. I know after 60 days you can do a missing miles claim.

So at the time you purchased it on Boxing Day did staples offer miles for Apple products? I looked at their terms today and they state they do not include Apple products. I don’t seem to recall them not giving miles for Apple at the time I was ordering . I am really good at looking at all the fine print to make sure I will qualify for miles. I pretty sure I would have purchased elsewhere if I saw they didn’t include Apple products

Too bad. I don’t normally but am going to start. Guess I’ll be calling Monday to plead my case.
