Yet another FP question post

I read through Mesaboy2's FP post but I can't seem to find this answer (very likely it's there and I just can't find it!)

If I go to a park with only 1-2 FP's scheduled for the day, instead of using up all 3, when can I add more?

Once I am able to book my FP's, How do the FP times work to schedule through MDE, is it hour per hour (1-2, 2-3) or 12:05-1:05, 12:10-1:10, etc.? Just trying to get an idea, as I know FP times cannot overlap.

If you only have two FPs pre-scheduled, then you can book your "fourth" in-park FP after you've finished with those two.

The FP slots are one hour intervals, and like you said they can be any one-hour interval starting at five- minute intervals (e.g. 1:00-2:00, or 1:05-2:05, or 1:10-2:10) depending on availability. (I am pretty sure that's true - someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Unless you outright CANCEL a FP+ for a given day…
You must have THREE (minimum) FP+ booked.
The system won't allow booking of only two in advance.

I am planning my Epcot FP's. I want to schedule SE for after we get done with WS. because I don't know what time we'll be done with WS, it's hard to guess what time to schedule my SE FP for. So I was thinking of either just booking it for around 7pm (knowing there aren't any others we'll want that day, we won't need a 4th) or hoping there's one open that I can pick up the day of, based on what time we're thinking will work better for us.

1. Yes. From your portable smart device or at an in-park FP+ kiosk.

2. SE FP+ should be available much of the day.
In fact, you may not even need a FP for it (depending on overall crowd levels.)

This is good to know, as I'd rather focus on WS after our 10:45 Akershus breakfast, so we won't get to it until after WS. And I know it's very hard to guesstimate how long WS will take us, so much is up in the air!
