yet another FB question :)

So I have a houseful of teens here (snowday tomorrow!!) and no one seems to know the answer to this!!!???? They said it's because they mostly use Twitter and Instagram but I think they're holding out on me LOL

So I want to post about 6 pictures on a friends page. I don't want them to all be posted separately / individually but to be grouped together in one post. But I can't figure out how to do that!

Can anyone please help?

I'm pretty sure you can't post on someone else's page unless you have their password and log on as them. You can post on your page and tag them though.

But, to post multiple photos, you need to have them together wherever they are on your computer. Click "add photos/video" at the top of the FB page and you can then select all the photos you want posted together (shift and highlight them) and they will post together on your page. Then, tag your friend and they'll appear on his/her page because the friend is tagged.

I do know you definitely can post 'one' pic on a friend's page. (I've done it several times but just with ONE picture)
Under the "write something" you click on the camera and can post one picture.
But I'd like to post several pictures.
So I will do the posting / tagging on my page ..... unless anyone else knows a way to post more than one picture on a friends page!

Ah, share is under the actual photo that is posted already on FB. If I look at a photo already posted on FB, "Share" is under it, but that's one photo at a time, so still not sure what the pp was talking about.

When you go to a person's page, you have the option of writing on their wall or posting a photo. On the mobile app (which I was looking at before when I replied), it says share photo.

I can post multiple photos on friends walls. I don't know why you can't see that option.

When you upload them separately, FB jams them all together automatically if it's done within like 10 or 15 minutes.

Make an album on your facebook page and then share that with your friend.

Thats what I did to share more than one photo with my sisters and it worked well.

OP, I know exactly what you mean, and it's soooo annoying. I shoot a lot of kids' sports and want to share sone of the pics, but don't want them on my wall since then my friends think it's my kids. I hope someone knows something, but I think I've googled this before and come up empty.

You can now post photos in comments so an option might be to post the initial photo then add each one to the comments of that photo. Not ideal but they'd all be in one spot and not in your albums/on your wall.

I just ran into this dilemma recently myself. I could NOT find a way to post 3 pictures all at once to a friend's page (ended up having to do each one individually).

I googled, and the only thing I could come up with was to make an album on MY page and then post the album to my friend's page.... however, I did NOT want the pictures posting on my page where my friends could see.. so that solution did not work for me.

I can browse my computer files and choose multiple photos from my computer.
