I was lookign at March 2011 and planned on using my 2010, 2011, and some 2012 points but realized that I have a June use year and don't think I can borrow from 2012 since March is well before June. Am I right ? I couldn't book a cruise to use 2012 points unless it was planned for in the months after June 2011 ?

Yes, that is correct. Here's why:

June use years run 6/1 - 5/31 of the following year.

You need to match your cruise dates with your use year to determine which points are valid for the cruise. You can bank one year ahead and borrow from one use year ahead.

A March 2011 cruise falls within your 2010 use year (6/1/10 - 5/31/2011).

So if you have a June use year and want to cruise in March 2011, you could use banked points from your 2009 use year, 2010 use year points (which would be the current use year for a March 2011 cruise) and you could borrow from your 2011 use year.

So no, you can not use 2012 use year points for a March 2011 cruise if you have a June use year.
