When talking about Crocs you also have to mention what "kind" of Croc you're wearing since there are so many kinds.
I do not have the original "Beach" Crocs. I do own a pair of Athens (the flip flop kind) and a pair of Mary Janes (two straps and more narrow than the Beach). The Athens are my favorite of the two simply because I like my toes to feel free. But the Mary Janes are quite comfortable as well.
The key to wearing Crocs is getting the right size. As stated on the Crocs website, the shoe should not touch the sides of your feet and you should have 1/4-1/2 inch of room in front of your toes. If they feel tight anywhere, ever, then you need to go a size up. They are not meant to fit like a regular shoe.
