HOLY COW!!!! I was nervous just SITTING out on the 11th floor balcony we had last time we were in Disney and staying at the CR! For some reason I felt like it was going to fall right off. I cant even imagine lowering a child down from that far up. They should arrest that man for child endangerment and child abuse. That is the most insane thing I have heard of yet

Do you mean from the side or below and above? From the side there is just a concrete partition.
