Yet another Banking Points Question

We are in the process of buying a 100 point December UY contract at BWV. It comes with all of 2005 and 2006 points. 2005 are banked and we want to use them for a trip this November.
If I don't go to closing till June will I lose any of the 2006 points I want banked for our next trip?
Has anyone had the existing owner book a trip for them before going to closing?

You will not be able to have the seller make a booking for a vacation that is to occur after the closing -- Disney, when it is informed of the resale to determine whether it should exercise its right of first refusal, cancels any future bookings on the account. If you want the 2006 points banked (all can be banked by May 31), the seller will have to agree to do it before the banking deadline date.
