We stayed at Ron Jons the night of July 2 when we sailed on the Magic July 3. The 11 of us had 4 studios. The studios were not next to each other since it is a 1BR plus a studio make a 2BR situation--but they were close.
My sister's room only had 1 TV, the other two had 2 TVs.
There is a lot of noise from the connecting door between the studio and the 1BR, although the people next to us quieted down pretty well after 10.
BELIEVE that the check in time is 4PM! My dad has a bad back and has always been able to get in a room early--not this time! He was not happy. He is used to hotel rules and amenities and will not go back to Ron Jons. They have nothing available in the way of breakfast, continental or hot food--only pop tarts, etc. for sale in the shop. We did eat lunch at their restaurant.
We went swimming while waiting for our room and I knew they had lockers--BUT NO LOCKS!!! I thought they were like the cedar point lockers where you put $ in and the key goes with you. We had to leave our cameras and purses in the lobby with my parents. Bring a lock if you want to use the pool before you check in--which you really have to do to enjoy the slide, because it closes at 5. It is really cool though, better than Luna Park at BW. Also, the area you leave luggage in isn't secure enough for my taste, much less than WDW resorts.
In short, DH and I would stay there again and are thinking next year of doing 5 days at wdw and then 2 at Ron Jons--but my sister and parents didn't really like it.
