At the risk of being shot...

Here's the number they post on the opening page of their "Learn about DVC" web site: 800-500-3990, I'm sure someone at that number could get you to Member Services. The regular Member Services number is posted for all to see on the DVC Login Page, of course you won't get far without your member number.

This situation wouldn't happen if you were forced to enter your membership number before speaking with an operator.
It would also save time -- the operator would know who is calling before they answer the phone.
Perhaps one day DVC will enter the 21st century

FYI - I did a google serch for "DVC Memberservices" after I saw someone get "flamed". The number cam up on the search page. Sorry if this offends anyone, but it's true.
