Yes, ANOTHER Ebay question!

I just had a buyer win two auctions. I want to combine the shipping on both. Does paypal automatically do that or can I give a partial refund? I want to give this buyer a fair shipping charge. I appreciate any advice. Thanks so much!

Best thing to do is figure the correct amount and send an ebay invoice. When you click on Send Invoice it will bring up both auctions won and you can select both and then add the s/h you are charging. I think that will carry over to any paypal payment

If I send the buyer an invoice through eBay, the invoice lists all items won & allows me to adjust the shipping fees, insurance & delivery confirmation charges. When the buyer receives the invoice & clicks that Paypal link in it, he/she will only be charged for the amounts shown in the invoice.

Thank you, guys! I have another question........ . A winner of one of my auctions is in the military. I believe that the address is in Iraq. He's won other peoples auctions, so I must be doing something wrong...... I can't get a shipping label printed!!!!! It keeps telling me that it is not a valid address. I even looked it up on the USPS website, but I can't find anywhere that I can print postage to a FPO, AE address?????? I have emailed him, but haven't heard anything back. I want to get this to him ASAP.

you could wrap the item for packaging and just bring it down to the post office....they will help you write it out correctly, but just bring some extra tape to cover the address when you are done.

You have to hand write those APO/FPO addresses, and you can not get Delivery Confirmation.
