Year use question

my year use is Dec, so those points need to be used by Dec 1. If I made a reservation on say Nov 29 for 5 nights , is this possible, or reservations must be completed by Dec 1st?

Points must be used by November 30.

Using your Dec 2023 use year, your Dec use year runs from Dec 1, 2023 to Nov 30, 2024. Points in that Dec use year must be used for a reservation that has a departure date from WDW no later than Dec 1, 2024, i.e., the last reserved night can be no later than Nov 30, 2024.

You cannot online do a single reservation that overlaps use years, e.g., for a Nov 29 to Dec 5, 2024 trip, you would need, absent contacting MS, to make two separate reservations for the same room category, one using Dec 2023 use year points for nights of Nov 29 and 30, 2024, and the other using Dec 2024 use year points for Dec 1-5, 2024

Each UY points must be used by Nov 30th. Straddling UY's need 2 separate reservations.
