Year of Million Dreams

Has anyone found out more information on the celebration "Year of a Million Dreams" that starts in October. My family is going there in Nov and wondering what more will be going on. Thanks!

My DM said she read that cast members will be walking around granting random wishes though out the parks. Not sure how true this is....

Like, is there a show that replaced Cinderellabration?
