Does anyone know how this contest works? Do cast members just walk up to you and give you a prize? Is it in all Disney Parks? Does anyone know a winner? Pretty cool if they just walk up to you, makes the parks even more magical!

We watched the Disney planning dvd and on that it does say that cast members just walk up to anyone and hand over a ticket with the prize on it and vaires from many things.

Cast Members that make up the "Dream Squad" walk around and randomly hand up prizes. They have no idea who to give a dream out to until right beforehand. The people are picked randomly by computer.

So, let's say someone radios the CM and tells them that the person who is riding Cindy's horse on the Carousel at that exact time wins. Whoever it is gets the dream.
