7 can soup
ok all you do is throw all this in a crock pot and heat
1 can of chili with beans
1 can of chilil without beans
1 can of rotel tomoatoes
1 can of tomato soup
1 can of chicken with stars soup
1 can of mixed veggies
1 can of whole kernel corn

you can add an extra can of potatoes if you want..my sister does..of course that makes it 8 can soup...
of course you can add as much to it as you want.
THIS IS VERY GOOD!!!!

i guess as far as low and high just depends on how quick you want it. Just heat till you think it is hot enough. my sister sent me the recipe and did not put all that!
