Another reason DH doesn't want to reenlist is that he didn't get a promotion(the test was really something-all written) and they have screwed for his time in service and have yet to fix that-they say only 2 yrs-and he served 3yrs active and 3yrs inactive-plus he's sick of all the stuff he has to do inbetween drill weekends that pop up on the computer

want to hear something funny-Dh lost MY cell phone during his last big training weekend(actually a 5day FX) and as everyone one was in formation the Commander asked who lost a cell phone-DH raised his hand-and then the Commander asks-OK if it's yours what's on the screen saver.....

DH-says that's a secret sir!!!! and the Commander says..."does it have a little poodle on it" I guess I should of changed that before giving it to him

It's terrible that the Navy does that-they hold onto those promotions like there gold and the guys deserve them,all of the Navy guys work their butts off in my DH unit

LOL!!! That is funny.... that is like when dh used my phone... i had a sissy type ring so he made me change it when he took it to california or shreveport.... lol one time i forgot to... he called me asking me how to change it..LOL

DH should be getting his phone back from Oldest DS-he turns 19 in March and I think I'll get him a pay as you go phone so he starts taking responsibilty for his own stuff!!!!One of these days he'll grow up

Oh and DS played again this morning and scored 4pts!!!! They lost,but only after OT and only by 3pts!!! It was a great game!!!!
