I was wondering if I was gonna be all alone this morning

Well I blew the diet
someone sent me chocolate covered pretzels
that arrived on a day where everything was going wrong

and while the pretzels and the thought behind them made me feel great
they weren't much for the diet so than I said well it is already messed up so I had mac and chees and a milkshake

so back on track today

The 1st time I did atkins, I was doing really well, I had been doing it for like 3 weeks & had already lost about 15 pounds. well, my brother and SIL we moving into a new house so we (me and my 2 fav. cousins) were helping them paint. well to thank us they took us out to lunch at chilies. I WAS SOOOO BAD!! I had the worst thing I could possibly have to eat, the worst thing to drink, the worst dessert. When I got home I said OH WELL I already messed up I might as well go all the way with it I had milk, ice cream, toast, a sandwhich I was like a carb eating machine
