I just remembered that we have always gone to the earlier show (I think it was 8 or 9), not the midnight one. Even I would be sleep for that.

We got the call at 8:30 maybe even earlier from vacation planning that we got our balcony seats for Fantasmic Feb 10th! They we so helpful , I would advise anyone staying on site to use them to get your reservation , I believe they get first crack at the tickets. Any other diser's going to be there?

Just wondering what number you call for vacation planning??? I emailed them at vacationplanning@disneyonline a few days ago and have heard nothing back. I am working on planning our first DL trip this March and need all the help I can get!!!

Exactly 1 month before the date, at 8am, on the dot. I called then and got put on hold for 20min, and could only get tickets for the 10:30 show.
