YEA!!! Just made new ressies!!!!

I'm just sitting here bursting at the seams because DH and I just made ressies for the 7 night Magic next November!!! It'll be our second time to cruise. Got some questions...

What are the "Theme" nights like? How dressy and what restaurants participate?

Are there any character breakfasts and do you need ressies for that?

Dh wanted to go with the Romantic escape package that includes a ressies at both the spa and Palo so we are planning to just fly in that morning and take the tranfers to the port. Any thoughts on the tranfers to/from the airport?

Congrats! I did the same thing this morning. I had to cancel our January, 2005 cruise due to school schedules, suffered some "I don't have a countdown calendar" blues, found a friend on the DisBoards and we just booked for September 3rd of 2005. I share in your excitement.
One piece of advice, fly in the night before and don't risk delays due to many factors by flying in the same day.

was your first cruise DCL? i'm more a 'newbie' only cruising once on a 4 day wonder but i've found lots of info on the semi-formal; formal; and the new Pirates of the Carribean theme nights on the board and at the popular website - search online "Dave's Cruise Tribute" and "castaway club" for their exact links. or just search this thread; there are lots of great posts on these events

we booked REAS too! i'm so excited to have those details taken care of before embarktion and just enjoying that first lunch with my family; and a lazy champagne breakfast!

there is a character breakfast and it's according to your dining rotation - i believe it's the first sea day after your dinner in the Animator's Palate restaraunt
