YC standard rooms, ok??

What are your opinions of the YC standard rooms??

We are thinking that we want to stay there for our honeymoon, but to afford it, we have to book an AAA standard room..

Are they ok??? Any suggestions on where/what I should request on the ressie??

That is the room we have booked for November and many people told us it is very nice and a good size room. The Yacht club has a balcony on every room so that is great also.

How fun to be going to Disney on your honeymoon. We were going to do that also but due to a lot of things we ended up going to Savannah. Wouldn't have changed it though.... it was beautiful. So now we are going back for a 2nd honeymoon!!!

One time several years ago we thought we had a room set up at YC but they had us at BC. Also be sure to mention the Honeymoon aspect of the visit in your fax room request. We have stayed at both YC and BC with 'Standard view". At the YC the rooms indeed have a balcony. Once ours faced the front (parking) and once we were assigned to face the Boardwalk (an anniversary trip). Anywhere is just great at YC and you will love the location between MGM and EPCOT. At the BC our standard room had just a sliding door and no balcony. Many rooms at BC hav ethis arrangement. I did not like this at all but would not mean much if you were going to be at the parks all day. Storm Along Bay is fantastic, nearly a water park.

And do not miss a lunch or snack at Beaches and Cream. We go there nearly every trip. Great burgers and sundaes.
