Just got back 6/08/12 from a weeklong trip.
Several of the rides broke down... though I suspect little kiddie accidents are part of the "break downs"... the CMs wouldn't say. Most of the rides were running again in a few hours.
Early June weather is cool mornings, warm days & chilly evenings. The Disney mobile website was actually quite useful. Also, there seemed to be a chilly wind every day just as afternoons transitioned into evenings.
If you don't want to leave the park for dinner, and don't want to lug around sweaters/ jackets all day... try stashing everything for your party in a locker... that's what they're for! (Wish I knew that when we first got there!)
The "Big Thunder Ranch BBQ" is great for REAL hungry folks... but it is too spicy for little ones. And NOT inexpensive.
The crowds were medium throughout the day.. but as the teenagers poured in (Grad Nite)... things got LOUD, packed and generally unpleasant!!!!!!

We will avoid
Disneyland like the plague on Grad Nites... their policy of letting the rowdy teenagers in with regular little kids is NOT GOOD! Many people around me had a disgusted look on their face when the idiots showed up.

The cursing, screaming and generally poor behavior was terrible!!! Many of them ran in 'packs' and there were no adults around to supervise... yuck!

The monorail has been Cars-ified:
And, most important of all:
THEY NOW HAVE PEETS COFFEE in the Disney Downtown District!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's in the Haagen Daz shop just across from the Grand Californian Entrance.
Somebody really IS watching over us!!!
