Yay, Seller accepted our offer on our add-on

Got addonitis while looking for points to rent. Realized renting felt like throwing our money away since we really just needed more points now that our kids are older and we want to stay in a 1 bedroom.

Found the perfect contract & the sellers accepted our offer (after a touch of very fair negotiating).

Yay, couldn't be happier (except if I could fast forward 8 weeks and be making my reservations!)

Fingers crossed the availability I want will still be there when all is said and done!

I think it was very fair...and am hopeful Disney will pass ROFR, though someone on the board mentioned they have been exercising ROFR on some OKW contracts lately?
