But have you gone in and modified it since then? It needs something to push through the Band information. I'd already checked in and I had the same scenario as you until I went through the whole check in process again by modifiying it and once I'd completed that, BAM, "Personalise you Manage Bands" appeared straight away.
I didn't put my resort. The pop up says if you're at an address outside the US then they'll send to resort. As my address is outside the US I'm assuming that well, they'll send to resort automatically. By putting in a resort address it just means they'll send it via normal shipping and sit around for a month in Bell Services rather than being part of a larger organised internal shipment.
It still let me customise them with my UK address.
If I get grey ones I get grey ones, it's not the end of the world as I'll just buy/customise one to make it look purty regardless, but I'd be surprised if I do.
