At YDS 4mo check up in Sept., I measured ODS and he was 39.5". I knew with shoes he might just squeek by on the 40" rides. Fast forward to today at YDS 6mo check up, ODS measured at 40.5" in socks and 41.25" in normal sneakers!!!! 
We leave on xmas day for WDW and I'm now stoked that he should have no problem on the 40" rides!!! And, yes I realize that there may be some discrepancy from my Dr.'s office and CM measuring devices. I already have DS prepared for the possibility that he may not make it on a ride or two.
