I have prepaid one extra bag for our return flight as DD has some shopping planned. It's just easier to expect we will need it and and extra £30 or so on top of the whole cost of the trip seemed so nominal. I am just packing a slightly smaller case into a bigger one on the way out and we will use our extra allowance on the way back. It's something to think of if you might be bringing home more than they allow you to
Thank you, we ended up with an extra bag last time lol. This time I know what cases we are taking and between the 4 of us and going to leave lots at home lol and buy out there

I have become really good at guessing how much consumable products we need. Last week I pulled the toothpaste pump and shampoo from the bathroom, yesterday I lifted the conditioner and I know that we will be near enough to finishing it to bin it when we leave. I do this with all our stuff now. My mum sells Avon so I also buy samples from her instead of taking full sized bottles of make up (you hardly use it there aside from an odd night out anyway).
First trip I took first aid stuff and all kinds of things. Now I figure if we didn't use it last time, it won't be needed this time and there's always the gift shop
