I called and was able to book the afternoon tea for my mom and I on the day I wanted Will be a nice relaxing afternoon before MNSSHP that night

I would call - I couldn't get it to show availability online, but when I called they were able to get me in. I read on here that the GVTR reservations are glitching online to not show availability.

Thanks for the response. I'd been checking online but couldn't find any availability. I was hoping that it was a glitch and not a actual indication that there were no reservations!
