Congrats on having your question read on the Podcast.

I know exactly what you were talking about...we also used that tram during D23 Expo...there was no parking lot there, but the tram was still running.

I'll try to find out if it's still running when I'm down there next.

To clear up my odd question here is an explanation: There were construction walls up but the tram was still running on its own. They would pick us up on the street behind DCA and it would take us to the main area between both parks. So i guess they completely closed it off there..
