How wonderful! My trip started off as a day, then my DH thought 2 days would be better, and then he said, what the heck, throw in another day! He decided to spend all his extended liberty days (he's in the Navy...which i feel like i'm repeating over and over) in WDW :D AND we're staying at the CR, we've never stayed on property before. Could this get any better? I'm basking in the magic!!!!!! just thought i'd share:)

One more thing, we are choosing to do MK and Epcot the first two days... Which park would be best for the third day? I am leaning towards Animal Kingdom... but I don't know. MGM is nice too. I just don't know! Suggestions?

why dont you just get Park Hopper tickets and then you could enjoy all 4 parks.:p post a question of where you can obtain 3 day PH tickets on the budget board and i am sure someone would be more than happy to help you.:p enjoy your trip:smooth:

If three nights then hit a park on the fourth day depending when your flight/transportation leaving time is

If you have four days then four main parks = 4 days

The AK is really something special - pressed to make a choice my order as follows:

MK
AK
Epcot
MGM

If you are staying onsite at WDW, the hotel will be more than happy to store your luggage for the day for you

Thanks
Jason

I agree with jaysue....
but if you have to do it in 3 days....
MK
AK in am and MGM in pm...have to see Fantasmic!
Epcot

Definitely go with the hopper!!
You can hop so easily from CR to MK and Epcot!!! really make use of the monorail!

I would definelty hop around the parks too. However, I thought I saw one of your other posts mention you had a young child. If this is the case, then I may opt for AK on the 3rd day. Depending on if your child would be afraid of Fantasmic.

Have you checked out the tickets/prices on the SOG pages? You may want a Stars and Stripes pass-like a length of stay. I think you can take off a day if you like. How many nights will you be there?

To answer your questions, we are staying 2 nights. We hope to check in really early on May 11th (if our room is ready) and hit MK, and then do Epcot on the 12th. Then do a third park on the 13th. I think we might do AK and make it a short day, since we have to drive back to Jacksonville that day.

great memory, kilee! hehe, yes we are taking our 10 month old and I'm not sure how she would react to Fantasmic. Though I enjoy it, MGM is not a must see for me.

Will definitely make full use of the monorail at the CR, and i'm looking forward to staying there even if it's not the best room. It's still the CR, and for our first time staying on property I don't think I'll have any complaints.

Thanks everyone! Can I just tell you all how much I LOVE this board??? :D

Even if your room is not ready, you can check in and they will store your luggage so go prepared for your room not to be ready and have what you need for your child and then go on to MK from there!

Given your clarification on three days:

May 11 Sunday - Early Entry at MK
May 12 Monday - Early Entry at AK
May 13 Tuesday - Early Entry at MGM

Sunday - Magic Kingdom
Monday - Animal Kingdom
Tuesday - Disney's MGM Studios
Wednesday - Epcot
Thursday - Magic Kingdom
Friday - Animal Kingdom
Saturday - Disney's MGM Studios

I would consider Epcot on May 11 since MK is likely to be crowded by the time you get there due to the additional surge from EE

May 12, hit AK on early entry and then hit MGM in afternoon

May 13, go for it - hit MK all day long and then drive home tired but happy

On our last day, I took DS first thing in morning while DW went for a swim and got bellhop to deal with our luggage which was stored for the day. We stayed at MK all day until near close and then went back to the WL, obtained our luggage and headed back to the parent's condo in Ft Lauderdale. A bit of a marathon but made for a great finale day.

Have a great trip

Thanks
Jaysue
