Last Tuesday I picked up my youngest DD from choir practice and went a few minutes early to say a little prayer -- Dear Lord, I know I shouldn't be asking this, but please let the Yankees win tonight. Since it worked I think I will try it again this week. I am seriously sleep deprived -- I can't take another 6 hour baseball game.

As a detached observer (e.g. hates both teams ), I'd have to say the Yankees will probably win tonight and end it. I just can't see the Sox being able to pull out another win after the last two games. I think it took too much out of them personally.

I picked the Yanks in 6 in the original postseason thread from a couple of weeks ago so I'm not changing my mind, but boy, I would have liked it to be Yankees in four!

BTW, Bucky Dent is on the Mike and the Mad Dog radio program right now (also on the YES TV network, which is how I get it in SC) and is picking the Yankees to win tonight, so Bucky votes Yankees in 6, too! That's a lucky vote in my book. Aaron Boone has already picked the Yanks, too.

jeepers, where'd all these red sox fans come from?

at the beginning of the series i would've said yankees in 4 but i sadly cant say that now. i say yankees in 6. i'm wearing my lucky yankee shirt and hoping the game isnt rained out tonight so we can see the yanks kick some red sox butt!!
