I do not think they would have fugu and yes I know it is a fish that if not properly prepared can cause death. I doubt Disney suits would allows a restaurant to serve a dish that could kill guests.

Contact the hotel and get the phone number for Yamabuki if you must know if they have fugu. You do eat fugu thus I would not ask unless I ate fugu.
