Yak & Yeti vs Tusker House...

That's funny you mentioned that. We ate lunch at Yak & Yeti a couple of weeks ago and I remember noting it was a little chilly - not uncomfortable, but the only restaurant I remember feeling a bit chilly. I enjoyed the Korean BBQ ribs. I thought they were great. We have given up on Tusker House after eating there a few times. We always feel rushed and got tired of the same buffet choices.
So I even mentioned this in my trip report, but regardless of the fact I was in a spaghetti strap romper(which was my decision I own up to it), it shouldn’t have gotten to the point where my teeth were chattering. It was so cold.

We just thought it was very underwhelming of an experience. It had been hyped up so much and fell flat. I will say though if you suffer from acid reflux issues like me, then the teriyaki chicken is your best option. Just ask for brown rice and the veggies on the side.

Is it difficult to get an ADR for Yak and Yeti?
It can be sometimes. It's a fairly popular place for an in-park restaurant. But something to consider. Y&Y is a Landry's restaurant. For a small fee, you can join Landry's dining club. If you have a Landry's card, you can walk up at Y&Y and get on a waitlist. We've used it twice, and we had to wait about an hour. But since they take no other walk-ups, it was nice to get in to eat at all. Some folks have said they called the Landry's number and could even get a reservation when none were available. We have not done that, but that's worked for others.
