Yes, they serve lunch and it is very yummy.

Hint: If you eat there for around the same time the parade starts and get a seat near the window you can watch the parade go by.
We watched the parade once right at the starting point, then ran to our ressie at Tusker house and were able to catch the END of the parade coming by the restaurant.
It kept our kids busy watching the parade through the windows while waiting for food.
