Yak & Yeti buffet or?

Just wondering if Yak & Yeti is a buffet or if you order specific menu items? On the wdwinfo page for it, it mentions buffet but also has a menu. Is it a character meal? Thanks

It is not a buffet. You order from a menu. There are no characters. I think the wdwinfo menu pages have "buffet" information included as a "note" for a lot of restaurants where it does not apply.
