Yak & Yeti after parade

Hi, I'm trying to get an ADR for Yak & Yeti on our day in AK but the latest time slot available is for 4 pm. The parade begins at 3:45 pm and I think it probably makes it's way past Yak & Yeti a short while after 4 pm. My guess is that it starts to pass by there about 4:00 and that it runs about 15 minutes.

Does anyone have more precise times for the parade to finish passing that part and also how long would Yak & Yeti hold our ADR if one of us shows up at the podium at 4 pm but tell them we want to see the parade?
