Yak and Yeti

Has anyone seen or heard of the menu for this new restaurant or know of an official open date. I will be vacationing at the park in Jan of 08 and hope it will be open by then.

I just called tonight and asked about ADRs for Yak and Yeti while making some other ADRs for December. They are NOT accepting them yet.
