Yak and Yeti with a peanut allergy?

I will be contacting Brenda Bennett who takes care of the food allergy information at WDW, but in the mean time, we really wanted to try Yak and Yeti at AK. I wanted to make ADRs but when I looked at the menu I didn't think it would lend itself well to someone with a severe peanut allergy.
Any experiences or thoughts to know if it is feasible, or should we skip it?
