Yak and yeti menu question

The last time we eat it yak and yeti I absolutely loved it. I had the pork belly Ramen which was phenomenal and the pineapple upside down cake. My daughter had the dumpling sample tower and loved it as well. Unfortunately, when I look at the menu it looks like all three of those things are now gone. They’ve scaled back the menu quite a bit. Does anyone know if this is a permanent change or this was just temporary due to Covid and low crowd numbers? I have a reservation there but based on the current menu I’m not sure I want to keep it since the things we loved are now gone. Thank you in advance for any information anyone might have on this.

Almost every menu on Disney has been scaled back, hopefully it's a temporary change but it's been a temporary change since they reopened so who knows it could just be the new Di$ney.

There are still supply chain and staffing issues too, which may be contributing. We don't know how long these will last. I suspect menus will stay smaller than before, especially at places like Yak & Yeti, Rainforest, and T-Rex, which had overly large menus before.

We love Yak & Yeti but have been less and less because after the first few years it seemed like the menu was changing almost annually ... and often something I loved was gone.

I think that this will just be an ongoing issue for all Disney restaurants going forward especially if DDP comes back. They drop the less PROFITABLE items because Disney DDP negotiates a reimbursement on each item. If it's not enough, it goes.
