Yak and Yeti Hours

What time does Yak and Yeti open for lunch? TIA.

We were there at 11:10 am for an 11:30 ADR and they had just opened. We were told that they had tables open but not enough servers yet. The majority of the servers did not show up until 11:30 so we were not seated until then. I do not know if this is the norm. It had nothing to do with our ADR time as no one was seated that was already there before us no matter their ADR time until the rest of the servers showed up. We were there over President's Day weekend so the parks were quite busy.
