Yak and Yeti & DDP - Small Plate as entree?

Can i use my DDP T/S credit to get a small plate instead of an entree? I really want to try the Ahi Tuna Nachos, but I had weight loss surgery a few years ago, and there is no way I could eat both the nachos, even sharing with the whole table, and an entree. A small serving of either will fill me up.

If not, maybe I'll just pay for the nachos and reserve the credit for something else.

Yak & Yeti does not have small plates. Tuna nachos are an appetizer. Appetizers are not available on the regular DDP.

I have no experience with using the DDP at Yak and Yeti, but even if you have to pay out of pocket get the nachos. They are amazing (and yes huge, I've never finished them). One of my all time favs in the world. Plus I think they are only $13 or something, so paying out of pocket is likely the best use of your credits anyway.

They are called small plates on the Disney website, which is why i used that terminology.

Thank you for the info. I will likely just end up buying them as my meal, and use the dining credit for something else.
