I'm soooooo excited!!! I can hardly believe it. With so many resales being bought back by Disney I didn't think I had much of a chance, but we got it!

Here are the details:
210 points
Feb. use year
$69.00 per point
no banked points, but has all current points

Jaki is our resale broker and even she was surprised we got it. Many of her other clients have not been so lucky recently.

We are very excited to be able to call BWV our home resort! I just love that standard points option.

Congrats on hearing the great news!! This also gives me hope!!! We are waiting to hear on 300 points at BWV that were sent to DVC on 2/18 . . .

Just curious as to how long it took DVC to give you an answer (when did your realtor send them the signed contract).

Also, does anyone know how current year and banked points are of value to DVC? I don't think DVC can sell points directly and if they sell the package to existing members as add-on's, what happens to the points??
