Yachtsman's Deconstructed Beef Wellington

Hi!

Can anyone confirm that the Deconstructed Beef Wellington is definitely off the menu at Yachtsmans Steakhouse? I think I have seen fairly recent photos of the menu, and it didn't seem to be on it?

Yep, it's definitely gone. But some of the newer entrees (such as the halibut or the lamb) are really, really good. And I also read an extremely positive review of the surf & turf. Of course, as a signature restaurant, Yachtsman's menu tends to change quite often, so even these menu items might be gone in a few days/weeks.

No problem - the filet will definitely be there (the filet, strip steak, ribeye, and porterhouse seem like staples on the menu).
