Narcoossee's over Yachtsman. While I can't compare the food between the two restaurants, I can tell you that our experience at Narcoossee's was one of the best. It is our favorite restaurant at Disney (well, tied with the CG and Boma, to be completely honest). I ordered the surf and turf the last time we dined at Narcoossee's. Now, the lobster in the surf and turf wasn't the best, but I must note that I'm from NH and grew up on fresh Maine lobsters.

I also had lower expectations about the lobster, because, well it's Disney and I wasn't looking for a lobster restaurant; furthermore, even with the best chefs, I'm not quite sure where they get their lobster from. However, I can vouch for the atmosphere between the two restaurants- Narcoosee's is AMAZING. The location on the water is beautiful, and being able to view the fireworks at the MK was great. I also like the classy New England feel that this restaurant gives off. While I'm sure Yachtsman is classy enough (I mean, the Yacht Club is quite stately by itself), I personally think that Narcoosee's has greater value- especially if you're paying through the
DDP.
In terms of a steakhouse, Le Cellier is a great restaurant, but I think it's unfair to compare Le Cellier (1 TS credit) with Yachtsman (2 TS credits). Of course, I would hope that the steak at Yachstman is much better, as the economic value is much higher. We loved Le Cellier, but personally think it's not worth all the hype that it gets here on the boards. Sure, the food's great, but it's no different than many restaurants we've dined at at home. The atmosphere is cool (like a cellar), but the tables are really close together, it's not very romantic, and it's loud. However, for that restaurant to be 1 TS, the value is incomparable if you're comparing it to the other 1 TS restaurants around.
