Yacht or Beach Club?

We are planning our upcoming January trip, and are considering the Yacht or Beach Club. The past 3 years we have stayed at the Boardwalk Inn, and LOVED it, but this year we want to try a new Epcot area resort. We will be traveling with our 7yr. old daughter, and the pool will not make a difference for us since it will be January.
How are the waterviews, worth the money?
I also need access to quick food, like fresh fruits and salads since I have Celiac disease and don't want to eat every meal(especially breakfast) at a sit down restaurant. Any comments would be great! Thanks!

well, both resorts do happen to be my fav. but to brake it down. both resorts have the same pool. BC does not have all balconies with there rooms. more of them then oters have the stand out porches were you can only stand and not sit. the yatcvh club has all balconies. and I find more waterview rooms.
but the BC has the new marketplace. which you can get foods in the morning. but with frigs in both rooms. you might want to opt for getting milk(which) you can at the marketplace. and bring ceral etc.

the rooms at each resort atr the same size...and beautiful I might add. you cannot go wrong either place yoiu stay.

YC is my fav...favrote but with a child with you....try BC.

I would vote the BC as it is my favourite WDW resort. If you love the theaming of the Boardwalk I think you will love the Beach Club. Like a previous poster has said it has the new market place shop which sells fruit and fresh salad. I think the theaming of the Beach Club is very relaxing where as the theaming if the Yacht Club is more formal. Either way they are both great resorts.
