Yacht Club Question

I've just reserved a room at the Yacht Club...(I can't wait for January 23....whoohoo). I now have a couple of questions I'm hoping someone can answer for me. I will be travelling with someone in a wheelchair, who needs a place to put their feet up on a regular basis, but doesn't need a handicapped room. I've seen pictures of rooms with a chair and footstool at the Yacht Club. When I made the reservations I asked to speak with Special Needs and they say no such rooms exist. Am I crazy? If you have had one of these rooms please let me know the location (floor, view, bed types, etc.). Thanks in advance for all your help!
